Limited Warranty

 Certified Organically Grown Seed

Limited Warranty: Burr Oak Produce warrants that this product has been labeled as required by law that it conforms to the label description with the tolerances established by law.  BURR OAK PRODUCE MAKE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.  There are no guarantees of crop yield, quality or tolerance to disease, insects or growing conditions of this product or the crop produced there from.  Any recommendations for use of this product, or materials or apparatus in connection therewith, are based upon Burr Oak Produce best judgment, but there is no warranty of results to be obtained in connection therewith.

The above warranty is subject to Purchaser's proper handling, storage and use of this product.  As a condition to any liability of Burr Oak Produce for nonconforming products, Purchaser shall inform Seller in writing within 30 days after a claim for nonconforming products first becomes apparent and shall cooperate fully with the Seller in investigating claim. 

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The exclusive remedy for loss or damages due to breach of the foregoing warranty of other cause shall be limited to return of purchase price and shall not include any consequential damages.
