    • Generally 9 hours 3-3hr. periods of work provides $45 share credit

  • $99+    9 hours 3-3hr periods + $299,     $45    credit

  • $99+ 18 hours 6-3hr periods + $254,     $90    credit

  • $99+ 27 hours 9-3hr periods + $209,     $135 credit

  • $99+ 36 hours 12-3hr periods+$164,     $180 credit
